Welcome to COMMIT Fitness, where we specialize in women's fitness and health. I'm so excited that you're considering joining our community. We are about creating fitness consistency in your life, overcoming the limiting beliefs you put on yourself, moving your body, keeping a positive mindset, inspiring others and transforming your habits. We offer fun and challenging camps and one-on-one training sessions in outdoor settings, in our in-home gym or at your home gym. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our main goal is to make you sweat! We've built an amazing community of women who support and encourage each other during every session. You'll quickly realize that you may arrive to class as strangers but you'll soon be laughing and cheering one another on. Our trainers educate you on fitness and proper form, primarily for your safety but also for you to continue your fitness goals when you aren't in class. Many women have different goals when they sign up, most want to lose weight, others want to build strength, and some come for the laughs and community. Our sessions are programmed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced and you'll reach any goal you set for yourself. By the time seasonal sessions are winding down our women have increased their confidence, have a better relationship with fitness and the desire to continue on their road to health and wellness.

COMMITcamp, is where fun meets hard work. Our community classes are full of women of all fitness levels working hard to better their health and wellness. Workouts are challenging yet fun, and will get you the results you want.
We'll help you build your confidence and increase your strength and fitness.

COMMITsolo
1:1 Personal Training
COMMITsolo is all about you! Your 1:1 sessions are designed to meet your specific goals. Together we track your progress to ensure your goals are being met, whether its weight loss or increasing your strength.
We will build a program that meets your needs.

COMMITfocus
Small Group Sessions
COMMITfocus are small group sessions where we focus on lifting weights to increase your strength. You'll notice an immediate difference in your strength and stamina with the consistency of these classes.
These sessions are offered during the day to keep your evenings free for family time.

I have been doing 1-1 sessions for the last 7 weeks or so with Marie. I love Maries’ workouts she pushes me in every workout, watches form to make sure I am doing things correctly and is conscious of any injuries. She is also flexible in the times that she can do our 1-1 sessions. The gym in her house is also set up great and has all the equipment necessary for a great workout! She has also given me some tips and help nutrition wise. So glad I found Marie & COMMIT Fitness when I did!

I am sometimes shy and self-conscious and don’t do a lot of things on my own, I usually try to get a friend to commit with me but this time I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did! Met a lovely group of ladies and I felt comfortable right off the hop. The variety of workouts is exactly what I was looking for and Marie is such a motivational and encouraging coach! I’m so out of shape but I can tell this class is already making a difference for me! I also like that it’s in the south and close to home and the Tuesday/Thursday helps me keep a routine in place each week.

I enjoy going to Commit Fitness bootcamp classes with Marie twice a week. They get me out of the house for some fresh air and provide me with a great workout with a group of awesome ladies. Attending her classes holds me accountable and pushes me to my fitness potential, as I find it hard to motivate myself to workout hard on my own. She provides a great variety of exercises and styles of workouts each session. I love that each workout is different, but always fun and challenging. She provides great guidance on how to do each exercise properly and is very accommodating and encouraging to all fitness levels, as she provides modifications and ways of making exercises tougher. Marie is always encouraging & positive, has a great open communication with each of us and always asks for our feedback and suggestions. Bootcamp execution - Really great! I like the variety of workouts you do. Every time is different and you have a lot of creative ideas with different sets and activities. I like that you use cards, dice, cones and other equipment to keep in fun.
Locations - Best location I could ever ask for. Being able to workout in my own community is a huge bonus! Love it!!! Not driving far for a workout is key.
Fitness level considerations - You always have workouts that can allow for all fitness levels. They allow us to go at our own pace but also allow us to continuously challenge ourselves. Bringing our own weights allows for people to choose their level too.
Programming - This program has been really good. I like pairing the bootcamp classes with my CrossFit on the other days. It’s a nice mix and the two have been working well together.
Communication - You've been great! At first I wasn’t sure if I’d hear back from you when emailed you and I was thinking it was full. But then when I heard back and you said it went to your junk mail I was so excited to still be able to join. When we had to make a change in the location you text to let me know.

Great bootcamp classes. Marie was great and encouraging. She varied the exercise routines, keeping the classes interesting and challenging. The full body workouts go by surprisingly fast and Marie ensures you are doing the exercises correctly. Definitely going to sign up for more classes.

Workouts are well planned, organized and easy to follow. There is emphasis on a full body workout each session. And, each session takes into consideration the various muscle groups used from the session before. Marie is dedicated, open, honest and most of all - encouraging. She exhibits a personal interest in her client’s success. I am not a gym person, nor am I very good at working out on my own. Marie’s classes are fun, interesting and I look forward to going - every time. She is amazing at taking into consideration the various fitness levels in the group, making it a comfortable, non-judgemental environment. After only 5 sessions I feel stronger, my mind and body are just happier.

I was initially hesitant of course to jump at the opportunity for a mid week bootcamp. I have learned over the years not to plan too far ahead while juggling my young children, busy home and my own health. My personal time and commitment to working out is typically the first thing to fall to the wayside. Marie is instantly warm, smiles and no judgement whatsoever. The class is uplifting, a go-at-your-own pace, informative sweat-fest! With a focus on women, this experience needs to be at the top of our list.
