ABOUT COMMIT

What began as a way to help women stay accountable has evolved into something so much more, a powerful community grounded in support, strength, and genuine connection. At COMMIT Fitness, our small-group training sessions are intentionally designed to provide personalized attention in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Every woman is seen, supported, and encouraged to build both confidence and friendships that extend far beyond the studio walls.

Over the past seven years, we’ve discovered that fitness is about far more than the workout, it’s about transforming the way women feel about themselves. It’s about reclaiming strength, energy, and self-trust. Our approach prioritizes women’s health at every stage of life, with training methods that respect the natural shifts in hormones, energy, and recovery. We believe in sustainable, realistic fitness that supports, and doesn't complicate your life.

As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to start, or restart a fitness routine. Many women aren’t sure where to begin or worry they’re not “fit enough” to join a group class.

 

That’s exactly why I created COMMIT Fitness, a welcoming space where women can feel confident, supported, and strong. Since 2018, I’ve specialized in women’s health and fitness, focusing on the unique needs of women’s bodies and hormones. As a CanFitPro Certified Trainer and CPR-certified coach, you can feel confident knowing you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands, but more importantly, with someone who truly understands your journey.

When you train with me, you’ll experience more than just physical results, you’ll build lasting confidence, improve your energy, and develop a healthier relationship with your body. My programs are designed to help you feel strong and capable in your daily life, move with confidence, and create sustainable habits that fit your busy schedule. You’ll also gain accountability, motivation, and the encouragement of a community that celebrates your progress every step of the way.

My own experience taught me that the right environment changes everything. I wanted to build the kind of supportive, empowering community I wished I had when I was starting out; and now, I’m so grateful to share that with you.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me in a hockey rink cheering on my boys or spending time with my family in our beautiful community of Lake Bonavista.

Heavy Lifting for Women
Strength & Hypertrophy

Unleash your power in this one-hour, strength training focused class designed exclusively for women. You’ll focus on progressive, heavy weightlifting techniques proven to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and enhance overall strength. Guided by expert coaching, you’ll refine your form, push your limits, and gain confidence both in and out of the gym. This class isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s about lifting yourself.
